Processing time is up to 6 weeks for all orders. Everything is handmade to order, I am a very busy part time business and I have other orders to work through which is why my turnaround time is up to 6 weeks. Please note shipping time is on top of my time to make your items. I cannot be held responsible for individual countries postal service delays. Below gives an estimate of how long it may take from time of ordering to actually receiving your items. I use Royal Mail to ship my items. This is an estimate taking into consideration of any small delays.
Estimated shipping times (including processing time) :
Canada: 4-8 weeks
United Kingdom: up to 4-6 weeks
North America: 4-8 weeks
Europe: 4-8 weeks (temporarily suspended due to brexit and new VAT charges)
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4- 8 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, customs clearances and your own countries postal service.
*** IMPORTANT - Customs and import taxes, EU VAT and handling charges:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
FROM 1st July 2021 any orders going to the EU will be subject to VAT charges, customs duty and any other handling charges that your country may add at the point of entry into the country. This is not payable by the company (in this case La La Loop) this is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the fees. La La Loop do not charge VAT upfront at point of sale. It is important to note that VAT will be collected by your own country and payable along with customs fees before your parcel will be cleared and delivered.
You would be contacted from customs in your own country about this, it is something I have no control over at my end.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
